Patchy had his operation and is ok

It looks very sore!

Patchy had his operation and is now starting to wake up slowly. He has been asleep for about 3 1/2 hours, but the actual operation time was around one hour. They have inserted two pins to keep the growth plate and the bone together. The alignment is much better than before but not perfect. To make it perfect, they would have needed to cut a lot more muscle which would have been bad for his recovery.

Mango and coconut cheesecakes

I like making different desserts. I like to be creative, as in my painting. This makes me very happy. I recently made a mango and coconut cheesecakes. The results appeared to be excellent and when tasted it did not disappoint. It was smooth and had a really nice taste. That made me feel ecstatic.

Artweeks Oxfordshire 2008 video

I put my video recorder on, then videoed myself. I talked with British Sign Language to the camera about my Artweeks, but I kept saying the wrong things. I didn't like the way I said it. After about 20 attempts, it looked as I wanted it to.

April Snow 6/4/2008

We are now in the Spring Season. It is April and there is snow on the ground. This is unusual but a beautiful scene. Patchy is always happy jumping around and playing but this is the first time he as seen snow. We played as I made snowballs and threw them at Patchy but he hid from them. I made a snowman a new friend for Patchy. It was good to see the snow shower and watch it lay. Then as time passed it melted away. This game me an idea for my painting.
