Painting Alfresco

Today I have been painying outdoors, in the sunshine, just like Van Gogh did in Southern France. Sometimes, when I paint, i use oils mixed with resin; It gives me a headache and makes me feel intoxicated. The fumes cam make you feel light-headed so I need to go outside for the fresh air. It is the first time that I have painted using oils and English distilled turpentine. As it was such a nice day, I decided to paint outside and enjoy the fresh air as I painted. I feel that my communication with nature and the atmosphere gave my painting a lively and joyful feel. If you look at my picture you can see that I am wearing gloves. That is because the oil and resins can be harmful to my hands.
