I would like to thank EVA air and the ground crew at London Heathrow Airport for allowing me to take on board the painting I had made in memory of my grand mother for her funeral. I am Deaf and would also like to express my appreciation to the ground crew for helping me to go through security and to board the plane without delay, and to the cabin crew for their co-operation during the flight in simplifying communications.
